Allison Huntington Chase is the founder of New York City's premiere haunted tour, Madame Morbid's Trolley Tours. Chase often hosts tours and she designed the beautiful Victorian trolley that takes tour goers on spooky, hilarious and scary-facts filled adventures around Brooklyn. She curated the following collection and we asked her a few questions about her city and personal style: What are some things that you love about New York? You can literally be whoever you want to be. I see people walking around in costumes at 10am in July, and no one bats an eyelash. You're able to express yourself here freely. You can reinvent yourself daily. (Those past 2 sentences are so Madonna!) Your favorite place to travel to and why? Europe is my favorite place to visit because I love the history, but I'm super into Americana traveling. One state is completely different than the next. It's like 50 mini countries.
How does your personal style differ from the style of your alter ego Madame Morbid? I love rainbows and anything with glitter on it. When I'm not in sweatpants and a t-shirt (which is 90% of my wardrobe) I like messing around with bold colors. I do wear black, but definitely not as much as people assume.
